 Fit a steam generator - in the loft, the garage, under the stairs, or even in a cupboard - and pipe the steam into your shower.
Keep the steam in - either by enclosing the area above your shower to match the rest of the bathroom, or by using one of Helo’s specially made acrylic domes. The steam will condense back into water and drain away - no special ventilation is required.
